The Yamuna Expressway links Greater Noida and Agra, and the planned sectors along its first stretch now sit next to the new Noida International Airport at Jewar. Here is what the region is, who runs it, what is being built, how plots are allotted, and how to read the prices.

It starts at Pari Chowk in Greater Noida and ends at Kuberpur near Agra, where it meets NH 19. The length is about 165.5 km.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). It plans the sectors, allots plots through schemes and builds the infrastructure. Builder projects fall under UP RERA.
Phase 1 was inaugurated on 28 March 2026. Reports differ on when scheduled commercial flights begin, so check the airport operator and airlines for the current schedule.
YEIDA announces residential plot schemes with a published rate, plot sizes and dates. You apply online on the authority's portal, pay a small application fee and a registration amount, and plots are allotted by draw of lots. The most recent scheme, RPS-10/2026, has closed.
In the RPS-10/2026 scheme it was ₹36,260 per square metre, with a 5% preferential location charge on some plots. Rates change with each scheme.
The published rate for cars is ₹2.65 per km. Rates are revised from time to time, so check the toll plaza for the current figure.
