Project details - including prices, sizes, specifications, amenities, approvals, possession dates, offers and payment plans - are collected from builders, state RERA websites, brochures and other public sources. We check them before they go live, but they can change at any time and may contain errors.
Please verify every detail with the builder and on the relevant state RERA website before you book, pay or sign anything.
RERA registration
Where a project shows a RERA registration number, it is shown as published by the authority at the time we checked. Registration does not mean that RERA or Before Broker recommends the project. You can confirm a registration on the website of the state's real estate regulatory authority.
Images and plans
Pictures, renders, walkthroughs, floor plans and maps may be artist's impressions or for illustration only, and may not show the final product.
Prices
Prices shown are indicative and may not include taxes, registration, stamp duty, parking, maintenance or other charges. Ask the builder for a full cost sheet.
