- Details you give us - when you send an enquiry about a project, use the AI shortlist or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of home you are looking for, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- How you use the site - pages visited, searches and filters, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics for this.
- Cookies - small files that keep the site working (for example, remembering your progress in the AI shortlist) and help us understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and connect you with the builder or partner you asked about.
- To suggest projects that match what you told us.
- To keep the site secure, fix problems and improve our listings and tools.
- To meet our legal obligations.
When we share your details
We do not sell your personal information. We share your contact details with a builder or partner only when you choose to connect with them, for example by sending an enquiry about their project, and only in the way you asked to be contacted. If you ask for no calls, we pass that on.
We also use trusted service providers - such as hosting, analytics and messaging providers - who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, including asking a builder or partner to stop contacting you.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work properly without them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website can be completely secure, so please use the site with that in mind.
Children
Before Broker is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
